Vendor Registration for Kawaiipalooza Las Vegas 2025 is NOW CLOSED.

We are now at capacity and can no longer add any more vendors. Should a space open up, we will reach out to our waitlisted vendors.

If you submitted an interest form, this also serves as our vendor pool. Once another event is planned, we will share the information to our vendor pool when details are determined and registration opens.

We truly appreciate your interest in being a vendor with us. We hope that you can make it out to Kawaiipalooza Las Vegas 2025 and support your local small business community. :)

If accepted, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to pay your vendor fee. Your paid fee will confirm your spot and you will be added to our email list for the event.

  • Purpose: A showcase of local small businesses from around the Las Vegas Valley

Vendor Details

  • Fees: (Non-refundable, due immediately. NO HOLDS.)
    • Food vendors:
      • SOLD OUT $150 - Table space - No on site cooking inside (no sharing)
      • SOLD OUT $175 - Tent or Food truck space only
    • Merchandise vendors:
      • SOLD OUT $150 - Table space (inside)
      • $175 - Tent space (outside)
      • SOLD OUT $75 - 3 ft round table space - table provided (limited, no sharing)
      • $25 - shared space 
  • Spaces: 
    • Table Space ($150)
      • Limited 6 ft tables available on site - you must provide a table covering
      • Please bring a table in case one is not available
      • We will try to accommodate your intended setup, space for 6ft table will be guaranteed
      • Sharing allowed ($25 fee)
    • Tent Space ($175)

  • Environment: Indoor, coworking space - no tents or large setups permitted inside. Outdoor, sidewalk business parking lot. Tents or umbrellas permitted.
  • Vendors: Local small businesses - artists, bakers, creators, makers, designers, etc.
